ART SHOW DETAILS:
The Pershing Art Space art show will take place on the 2nd floor of the Pershing Square Building from 5 - 9 pm. There will be a reception held at Mrs. Fish from 6 - 10 pm.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Artists are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own artwork. Please note that there will be specific dates and times assigned for installing your artwork.
• We do have limited tools available for use including hammers, drills, measuring tape, levels, and ladders. However, you are welcome to bring your own tools if you prefer.
• While there is lighting available in all areas of the space, it is recommended that you bring your own spot, flood, or track lights to enhance the presentation of your work.
• Although not required, it is suggested to create labels or a price list for each artwork on display.
ART LOADING DROP-OFF & PICKUP:
Artwork installation and de-installation will be held the weekdays before and after the show from Monday to Friday at 12 pm - 4 pm.
The setup dates for this exhibition are: October 28-31. November 1, 4-8.

The breakdown dates for this exhibition are: Sometime in the following week of the show.
Please meet us at the specified location. We will provide you with a dolly to help you load your artwork, and we will take your artwork up the freight elevator to the art space where we will meet you. Additionally, we will give you a key card that will allow you to temporarily park in the Pershing Square Garage while you set up and break down your artwork.
Package your artwork properly before installation and breakdown to avoid any damage. Pershing Art Space cannot be held responsible for any damaged artwork due to improper packaging.

COMMISSION:
Currently, Pershing Art Space does not take a commission or charge a fee to participate. However, we request your support in promoting the event to encourage other guests to purchase tickets and help us keep this event ongoing.
PARKING:
There are various parking options available around the Pershing Square Building, including paid parking lots and street parking. During the show, participating artists can park for FREE at the Pershing Square Garage for 3 nights. We will provide you with a validation ticket at the show.

GUESTS LISTS:
Each participating artist can have a guest list of up to 20 people. We will add the tickets to your email address, and you can then distribute them to your guests. Alternatively, if you provide us with your guest's email addresses, we will send the tickets directly to them.
